7.Cause of occurrence: The Company has not received any notice from any
agency for the seizure of the Company property. As UDN.com reported such
statement, so that the Company conducted a query on the second type of
construction registration in the afternoon, in the view of construction
registration notes for sections 00027-001, 00027-002 and 00027-003 on
Guanyin District factory site of the company (These are the construction
numbers of the first plant building of the Company). These restricted
registration items on June 22, 107, are disclosed by the receipt Li-Den No.
131820, according to the second squadron / third division of the Seventh
Special Police Corps of the Ministry of the Interior on June 22, 107, the
letter of No. 1070001005 disclosed the prohibition of building disposal.
The Company has announced such findings of the case, but this matter has
no impact on the Company's business operation and finance condition.
