- Cutting oil is one of the main expendables of wafer producers. The company cooperates with strategic partners to develop the recycling process of cutting oil, which can lower the slicing cost and save the slurry disposal expenses. DANEN is the first company who carry out the recycling oil to manufacturing process, which retrenches over 35% of oil cost.
- SiC is another major material and cost item in the process of the wafer slicing. The company focuses on the extraction of SiC from the waste cutting oil through recycling processes, and reuses the SiC to the wafer slicing process.
